Urooj Fatima
DirectorMs. Urooj Fatima is a young and emerging professional with a growing portfolio of experience in communication, fundraising, volunteer engagement, research support, digital outreach, and social development initiatives. She brings a strong interest in education, youth development, community engagement, and social innovation.
Her early professional and volunteer experience has provided her with practical exposure to working with communities, supporting fundraising and awareness initiatives, contributing to education-focused activities, and engaging with diverse groups of people.
Urooj brings a combination of youthful perspective, creativity, communication skills, and a strong commitment to social development. At Partners in Education (PIE), she contributes to strengthening outreach, networking, resource mobilization, and initiatives that encourage greater engagement of young people.
Muhammad Uris
DirectorMr. Muhammad Uris is an accomplished education specialist and development professional with more than two decades of experience in education programming, research, evaluation, policy development, institutional strengthening, and strategic planning.
He brings extensive expertise in designing, managing, and evaluating education initiatives aimed at improving access, quality, participation, and learning outcomes. Throughout his career, he has provided technical leadership and strategic guidance across diverse education and development programmes.
As Director of Partners in Education (PIE), he provides strategic direction and technical leadership to advance the organization’s vision of meaningful education for all, with particular emphasis on strengthening schools, promoting innovation, and developing evidence-based education solutions.

Executive DirectorMs. Zahida Mirani is a development professional with over 16 years of experience in humanitarian and development programming, with a strong focus on education, programme management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL), capacity development, and strategic coordination.
She brings extensive experience in designing and managing development programmes, strengthening organizational and partner capacities, developing monitoring and learning systems, leading research and assessments, and translating evidence into practical strategies for improved programme quality and impact.
As Executive Director of Partners in Education (PIE), she brings a strong commitment to strengthening schools, promoting continuous learning and innovation, and building effective partnerships that contribute to meaningful and sustainable improvements in education.
Abdul Qadir
STEM ManagerAbdul Qadir holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics from COMSATS University Islamabad, with a strong interest in science, technology, and innovative learning. He combines his academic background in Physics with practical experience in scientific research, data analysis, computational tools, and inquiry-based science education.
At Partners in Education (PIE), he supports the development of engaging and practical STEM learning opportunities for schools. His focus is on helping students learn science through experimentation, exploration, problem-solving, and real-world applications, making STEM concepts more interesting and accessible.
Abdul brings a technology-oriented and analytical perspective to PIE’s education initiatives. He is particularly interested in integrating digital tools and hands-on activities into learning environments while encouraging students to develop curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
